Spanish Digital Nomad Visa 750€
This Visa allows you to stay in the country for one year if you apply from your nearest consulate or for three years if you apply from Spain. After that period of time you can renew it for up to 5 years, and after 5 years you can apply for the permanent residency in Spain.

REMOTE WORKER
✅ You are employed by a company that has been legally operating for at least one year.
✅ You have been working for your employer for at least three months before applying and your work can be performed remotely.
✅ Your employer allows you to work remotely from Spain and is willing to provide a letter confirming this.
✅ You meet the minimum income requirements.
✅ You can meet the Social Security coverage requirement (IMPORTANT: this is extensively explained in this page)
✅ You can provide evidence of your employment relationship through an employment contract, paystubs, and other supporting documents.
BUSINESS OWNER
If you work as an external contractor to your own company, you have to meet all the requirements stated here as “Freelancer”.
If you work as an employee to your own company, you have to meet all the requirements stated here as “Remote worker”.
In both cases, you will need to prove your company is a real active company, not just a company created to apply for the Digital Nomad Visa.

We only accept applications at this discounted rate when, after assessing your profile, we believe your case is straightforward and has a strong chance of approval. Our overall approval rate is approximately 97%.
If your application is denied, we'll first assess the reason. If we believe an appeal is the best route, we can prepare and submit it for an additional €150. If we believe a new application would have a better chance of success, we'll tell you honestly and recommend that route instead.

Yes. The €674 covers our professional fees and the Spanish application fee, but it does not include third-party costs related to preparing your documents, such as apostilles/legalisation, notarisation or sworn translations.
Not every document needs to be apostilled, notarised or translated. We'll tell you exactly what is required for your specific case, so you don't spend money unnecessarily.

Yes, you can bring your family with you. Our fee for each family member application is 600€. You will need to meet the income requirements for as many dependents as you have:

Not necessarily. You can qualify without a degree by proving at least three years of professional experience related to your current job. You will need to be able to get the employment history from the corresponding institution at your country (in the UK it’s HMRC, in the US it’s the Social Security system, etc). This document has to be apostilled.

Yes, this is a new requirement since April 2026.
You must prove that you are officially registered as self-employed in your country of origin or of current residency. You should have been registered for at least 3 months before the Digital Nomad Visa application date.The preferred document is:
Certificate of registration in the official Self-Employed Workers Register of your country of origin.
If your country does not have an official self-employed workers register, you may provide one of the following documents instead:
Certificate of registration with the Tax Authority showing your self-employed activity.
Proof of registration under the self-employed tax regime, or equivalent.
Certificate of affiliation with the Social Security system as a self-employed/independent worker.
Business licence or municipal permit authorising you to carry out your economic activity.
Certificate of registration with the Chamber of Commerce, or equivalent.
Annual tax return showing your self-employed/independent professional activity.
Proof of tax payments related to your self-employed activity, such as VAT, income tax, GST or equivalent.
Certificate of registration in the Economic Activities Census/Register, or equivalent.
Sole proprietorship registration certificate, or equivalent official registration.
The document used as proof must be apostilled or legalised, where applicable, and translated into Spanish by a sworn translator.

Yes. You can apply for the Digital Nomad Visa through the Spanish Consulate with jurisdiction over your place of residence.
Consular applications involve some additional requirements and a bit of a different process, so they are not included in this 750€ offer. Our standard fee for consular DNV applications is 1374€.

For residence applications submitted in Spain, the legal decision period is 20 working days from submission.
Applications can be approved sooner. If no decision is issued within this legal deadline, the application is deemed approved by positive administrative silence, and we will request your approval letter.

It depends on how you apply.
If you're self-employed: you will register with the Spanish Social Security system, so private health insurance is not required for the DNV application.
If you're an employee: your employer must either:
keep you covered under the Social Security system of your home country, where an applicable international agreement allows this and the relevant certificate of applicable legislation can be obtained. In this case, a private health insurance in Spain is mandatory.
OrRegister with the Spanish Social Security system and pay the corresponding contributions in Spain. In this case, you do not need private health insurance in Spain.
If private insurance is required, we can also help you arrange a compliant Spanish policy.

Yes, you need to be at least in a civil partnership or married. The certificate of marriage / civil partnership needs to be apostilled.

It depends on your case, as some documents can take 2 to 3 months of wait - usually the Certificate of Coverage for Social Security contributions -.
If you don’t have to wait for any document apart from the Criminal Records, it can be as fast as 1 month to get documents, apostille and sworn translate them.
